Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for purchases made on Ahha Fashion Wear.

Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is packed or dispatched. If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will cancel the order and process any eligible refund as per the payment method used.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may refuse delivery where available, or request return or refund support after delivery if the item is eligible under our Refund Policy.

Customized or Special Orders

Customized, special-request, bulk, or made-to-order items may not be cancellable after confirmation if processing has already started.

Cancellation by Ahha Fashion Wear

We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, address details are incomplete, fraud checks fail, pricing or listing errors occur, or delivery is not serviceable to the provided location.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

When a prepaid order is cancelled and eligible for refund, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method. Payment gateway and bank timelines may vary.
